Located in Coventry near the A45 my Shiatsu and Meditation practice is within easy driving distance of Nuneaton, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Bedworth, Meriden and Solihull.
 I am available for Shiatsu treatments Tuesday to Friday, daytime and evenings. Shiatsu is a form of bodywork using thumb and palm pressure, stretches, and gentle limb rotations. Over the years I have successfully treated Back Pain, Stress, Headaches, Neck Problems, Joint Pain, Stiffness and Depression.
During the eleven years of practising, I have been influenced by Zen and Movement Shiatsu and increasingly by Michael Barnett's Energy Work, which has brought greater depth and clarity to my work. More and more I notice the deep healing that can take place and the inner peace and stillness.

Meditation Courses in Leamington Spa and Kenilworth for 2010
I also run meditation courses in Leamington Spa and Kenilworth. The next Meditation Course in Leamington Spa will start Wednesday 22nd September 2010 from 7.00 - 8.30pm at St Patrick's Catholic Primary School, Cashmore Ave, Leamington Spa, CV31 3EU. Classes are usually held alternate Wednesdays. There is free car parking on the school site.
The next Meditation Course in Kenilworth will start September 2010 from 7.00 - 8.30pm. Classes are usually held alternate Wednesdays. Free car parking is available next to Abbey Fields.
